Empowered change through connection with your highest self
Inclusive, Holistic & Individualized Psychotherapy for Adults
In-person and telehealth services available in Portland and throughout Oregon
You are here to be and know yourself
I know that you’d like to be fully yourself, in deep connection with others and aligned with your highest sense of purpose and wellbeing. This can be challenging when traumas, interpersonal and societal harms and expectations keep you frozen, isolated, and unseen, without compassionate spaces to melt, connect and be witnessed.
I believe we can recover and develop a powerful new relationship with ourselves and others by committing to a process of uncovering and communicating about what has happened to us, what we have been through, and who we are.
Caribbean-American poet, essayist, professor, feminist, lesbian icon, mother, civil and human rights activist Audre Lorde wrote:
“Tell them about how you're never really a whole person if you remain silent, because there's always that one little piece inside you that wants to be spoken out, and if you keep ignoring it, it gets madder and madder and hotter and hotter, and if you don't speak it out one day it will just up and punch you in the mouth from the inside.”
Let’s do the work to know all of these little pieces inside so you can heal and thrive for your own wholeness, your people and your community.

Meet Erin (she/her)
I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Oregon, providing individual psychotherapy for adults.
I focus on facilitating insight into self, relationships, early-life attachments, formative experiences inclusive of traumatic events and current functioning. I draw from a variety of psychotherapy practices, including EMDR, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and an integrative focus on relationship skills, emotions and emotional processing.
I invite us to explore together through a lens of feminist liberation psychology, in which we identify and work to understand yourself and your experiences within a context of personal, familial, and historical culture, location, and systems of oppression. I will also strive to identify and account for my own context, identities and how this shows up within the therapy space.
